Bethany has experience in customer success roles both with Cisco and a parter company. She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to adoption and helping customers achieve business outcomes.

Bethany enjoys putting a creative spin on her engagements, utilizing video communications, personalized touches and using her psychology background in understanding personality drivers.

Outside of practicing adoption, Bethany enjoys traveling internationally, is a self proclaimed cat lady and singing broadway show-tunes.
